Recruiting at Ouachita

We offer four options for recruiting on campus:

• general recruiting at a table in the Student Center (October-December & February-April)
• interview students for open positions
• attend a Networking Event (click here to go to see our upcoming options)
• co-host an event or workshop with Career & Calling (sponsorship)
• customize a visit (small fee)

Recruiters may come to campus one day each semester, plus one optional day for interviews (without a table setup). The Office of Career & Calling and the Student Life Office will work together to confirm possible dates and locations and contact you about when the best fit is.

For general recruiting, your presence will be publicized in a weekly student email, and a six-foot table will be provided for you to decorate and/or display materials.

For interviews, we will also facilitate resume solicitation and review, scheduling, and a dedicated, private space to conduct the meetings.

For a customized visit, we will coordinate activities like speaking in a class, special events with students, a hosted lunch, interviews, and a recruiting table in the specific school of study you are recruiting.
