5th Annual High School Sports Media Conference

hosted by  the Ouachita Sports Digital Network!

Professionals from various areas within the sports media industry will gather at Ouachita Baptist University, and allow students the chance to attend panel discussions on topics such as:

• sports writing
• broadcasting/broadcast production
• photography
• videography/cinematic storytelling
• ​play by play
• sport talk radio and podcasts
• women in sports media
• ​and more!

High school advisers and teachers will have a session to network and learn from others who are in similar situations.  

8:15-8:45 - Check-In
8:50 - Welcome
9:00-11:50 - Breakout sessions
12:00-1:00 - Lunch
1:10-2:00 - Final Breakout Session
2:00 - optional tour    

The cost is free again this year for all attendees and lunch will be provided. High school media staffs are welcome!

*sessions will be panel discussions on the topics listed above. Exact panel times will be set in the coming weeks.

*campus tours with the Ouachita Admissions Counseling Office will be available at 2:00 if you are able to stay.
